Who we are

Universal Controller MIDI is produced and sold by Aidxn Design, an Australian sole trader based in Queensland. Correspondence: support@aidxn.com.

What the desktop app collects

Nothing. The desktop application transmits no telemetry, analytics, or usage data. It runs fully offline once activated. Crash reports are never sent automatically — if you choose to email us a crash log, you do so manually.

What the store and license server collect

When you purchase a license, our payment processor (Stripe) collects the information required to process the transaction. This typically includes your email address, billing country, and the last four digits of your card number. Card data is held by Stripe and never reaches our servers.

We store the following on our license server:

• Email address used at checkout
• Order reference and product purchased
• Issued license key fingerprint (not the raw key)
• Activation timestamps for license recovery

Marketplace and preset sharing

Publishing a preset to the marketplace is opt-in and binds the preset to the email address on your license. You may request deletion of any preset you have published at any time.

Cookies

This website uses no third-party tracking cookies. Stripe Checkout sets its own cookies on its own domain during the payment flow — those are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Email support@aidxn.com and we will respond within seven business days.

Changes

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes affecting existing customers will also be sent via email.
